A simple and quick recipe for blueberry muffins using Bisquick mix.

- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Bisquick and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Can use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
