Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add flour to the sausage and stir for 1 minute.
- Gradually add milk and stir until the mixture thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and arrange in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour the sausage gravy over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
