- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk, and bring to a simmer until thickened.
- Press biscuit dough into a pizza pan.
- Spread gravy over the biscuit base.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice and serve warm.
