A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu using Biscoff cookies.


Ingredients

  • 250g Biscoff cookies
  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip Biscoff cookies in coffee briefly.
  6. Layer dipped cookies in a serving dish.
  7. Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  8. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mascarpone on top.
  9. Dust with cocoa powder.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
