A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu using Biscoff cookies.
Ingredients

- 250g Biscoff cookies
- 500g mascarpone cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g sugar
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip Biscoff cookies in coffee briefly.
- Layer dipped cookies in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mascarpone on top.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Adjust sugar according to taste.
