Description

Delicious cookies filled with Biscoff spread and coated in powdered sugar.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla; mix until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix until a dough forms.
  6. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
  7. Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of Biscoff spread in the center.
  8. Wrap the dough around the spread and roll into a ball.
  9. Roll the ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
  10. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  11. Let cool before serving.
