Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the yeast mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar, and pecans.
  6. Roll the dough into a log and slice into pieces.
  7. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with honey upon removing from the oven.
