Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup black olives, pitted
  • 1 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
  3. Dice the bell pepper and thinly slice the red onion.
  4. Pit the black olives and set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and mozzarella balls.
