Ingredients

- 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup black olives, pitted
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber.
- Dice the bell pepper and thinly slice the red onion.
- Pit the black olives and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables and mozzarella balls.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill for flavors to meld.
