Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss green beans, cherry tomatoes, and onions in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Boil potatoes until tender.
- Drain and mash potatoes with butter, milk, and garlic powder.
- Serve the roasted vegetables alongside the mashed potatoes.

- You can add cheese to mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
