Delicious and hearty sour cabbage rolls stuffed with flavorful rice and meat mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 large head of sour cabbage
- 1 cup rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, ground beef, sautéed onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Carefully remove leaves from the sour cabbage head.
- Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf.
- Roll the leaf tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place the rolls in a baking dish.
- Pour diced tomatoes and beef broth over the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Notes
- Use leftover cabbage leaves for added flavor.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
