Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, paprika, and pepper.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove chicken and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add cream of chicken soup and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
- Simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve over cooked rice.
