- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Rub the spice mixture over the pork shoulder.
- Place the pork in the slow cooker.
- Combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chicken broth. Pour over the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until tender.
- Shred the pork with two forks before serving.
