- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
