Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, honey, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble the panini by placing the pasta mixture between two slices of bread.
  4. Add cheese on top of the pasta mixture before closing the sandwich.
  5. Brush the outside of the bread with olive oil.
  6. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
