- 4 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
- Add the chopped onion and minced jalapeños.
- Incorporate the chopped cilantro and minced garlic.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes to blend the flavors.

- Adjust the heat by adding more or fewer jalapeños.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
