Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse the cucumbers under cold water and drain.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Add the cucumbers to the dressing and toss well.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving.
