Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Place the cubed French bread in the dish.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries over the bread.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
