A delicious berry French toast casserole that is perfect for breakfast or brunch.

- 1 loaf of French bread, cubed
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Place the cubed French bread in the dish.
- Sprinkle mixed berries over the bread.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any combination of berries.
- Serve with additional maple syrup if desired.
