- 6 croissants, torn into pieces
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Spread croissant pieces evenly in the dish.
- Scatter mixed berries over the croissants.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and berries.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
