Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  3. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  4. Fill each croissant with a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Add mixed berries on top of the cream.
  6. Replace the top half of the croissant.
  7. Place filled croissants on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
