Delicious croissants filled with berries and cream.

- 6 croissants
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Fill each croissant with a layer of whipped cream.
- Add mixed berries on top of the cream.
- Replace the top half of the croissant.
- Place filled croissants on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Fresh berries work best.
- Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
- Can use store-bought croissants for convenience.
