Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Collect dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
- Boil the petals in water for about 15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to get the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in the sugar.
- Boil for another 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
