Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Boil the petals in water for about 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to get the liquid.
  4. Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir in the sugar.
  6. Boil for another 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
