Description
A quick and tasty beef stir fry served with rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced beef; cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce; mix well.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can use any mixed vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce according to taste.
- For spiciness, add chili flakes.
