A quick and tasty beef stir fry with noodles and a sticky sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  7. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until thickened.
  8. Add cooked noodles, toss to combine.
  9. Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
