A quick and tasty beef stir fry with colorful bell peppers.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (red and green)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl; add to the pan.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust the soy sauce for less sodium.
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
