A simple and delicious beef roast cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs beef roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Put the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic on top.
- Sprinkle rosemary and thyme over the vegetables.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Check for tenderness and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, sear the beef roast before adding it to the crockpot.
