Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add beef chunks, cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in beef broth, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
- Check tenderness; cook longer if needed.
