Ingredients
- Beef mince: 500 grams
- Ramen noodles: 200 grams
- Bell peppers: 2 (1 red and 1 yellow)
- Broccoli: 200 grams
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Garlic: 3 cloves
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green onions: 3
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by slicing bell peppers, cutting broccoli, mincing garlic, and grating ginger.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Cook the beef mince for 5-7 minutes until browned, then set aside.
- If using dried ramen noodles, cook them according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 30 seconds, then add bell peppers and broccoli. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet, pour in the soy sauce, and mix well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the stir fry on plates, garnished with green onions and optional sesame seeds or chili sauce.
