Ingredients
- Beef broth: 4 cups

- Sliced beef: 200 grams (about 7 oz)
- Green onions: 2, chopped
- Soft-boiled eggs: 2, cooked and peeled
- Nori: 2 sheets, cut into strips
Instructions
- Prepare the broth by combining beef broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a large pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the sliced beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Assemble the ramen bowl by dividing the noodles into two bowls and pouring hot broth over them.
- Add the cooked sliced beef, halved soft-boiled eggs, and chopped green onions on top. Garnish with nori strips.
