Description

Beef ramen noodles are a delightful dish that brings warmth and comfort to any meal, combining rich flavors and textures.

Ingredients

  • Beef broth: 4 cups
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Ramen noodles: 2 packs, fresh or dried
  • Sliced beef: 200 grams (about 7 oz)
  • Green onions: 2, chopped
  • Soft-boiled eggs: 2, cooked and peeled
  • Nori: 2 sheets, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the broth by combining beef broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil in a large pot. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook the sliced beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  3. Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  4. Assemble the ramen bowl by dividing the noodles into two bowls and pouring hot broth over them.
  5. Add the cooked sliced beef, halved soft-boiled eggs, and chopped green onions on top. Garnish with nori strips.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add chili oil or sliced jalapeños.
  • Fresh ramen noodles are softer and absorb broth better than dried noodles.
  • Experiment with additional toppings like bok choy or mushrooms for extra flavor.
