Ingredients

- Breadcrumbs: 1 cup (100 g)

- Egg: 1 large
- Worcestershire sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
