Description
A quick and tasty beef glass noodles stir fry.
Ingredients

- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 150g glass noodles
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
- Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add glass noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the sauce quantities based on your taste.
- You can add other vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- Use tender cuts of beef for better texture.
