A quick and tasty beef glass noodles stir fry.


Ingredients

  • 200g beef, thinly sliced
  • 150g glass noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and stir-fry until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  6. Add glass noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
