- 2 cups cooked rice
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned.
- Push beef to one side and crack eggs on the other side, scrambling them.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Season with salt, pepper, and green onions. Stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
- Use day-old rice for better texture.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or shrimp.
