Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion is soft.
  4. Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
  5. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up.
  6. Place tortillas seam side down in a baking dish.
  7. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
  8. Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
