A simple and delicious beef enchilada recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in half of the enchilada sauce.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up.
- Place tortillas seam side down in a baking dish.
- Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cheese over the sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- You can add beans or vegetables for extra flavor.
