Beef Dorito Casserole is a crowd-pleasing favorite that combines layers of beef, cheese, and crunchy Doritos.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (9 oz) Doritos
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning, kidney beans, and diced tomatoes. Stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos at the bottom.
- Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos.
- Add sour cream and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Layer the remaining Doritos on top.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Substitute beans with black beans for a different flavor.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
