A simple and delicious beef crockpot recipe that you can prepare with minimal effort.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of beef chuck roast
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the crockpot.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Layer the chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes on top.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef and mix with the vegetables before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Serve with bread for a complete meal.
