Ingredients
- Ground beef: 500 grams (about 1 lb)
- Bell peppers: 2 medium, sliced
- Broccoli: 200 grams (about 7 oz), cut into florets
- Soy sauce: 60 milliliters (1/4 cup)
- Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger: 1 tablespoon, fresh and minced
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green onions: 3, sliced for garnish
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables.
- Marinate the ground beef with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until browned.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir for 30 seconds.
