  • Bell peppers: 2 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli: 200 grams (about 7 oz), cut into florets
  • Soy sauce: 60 milliliters (1/4 cup)
  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, fresh and minced
  • Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions: 3, sliced for garnish
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and slicing vegetables.
  2. Marinate the ground beef with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and stir for 30 seconds.
