A simple and flavorful beef and pepper rice bowl.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 200g beef, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve beef and pepper mix over rice.
Notes
- Use any color of bell pepper.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
