Ingredients

  • Cooked rice: 2 cups (white or brown)
  • Sliced beef: 300 grams (about 10.5 oz)
  • Bell peppers: 2 cups, sliced into thin strips
  • Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger: 1 tablespoon, minced or grated
  • Green onions: 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)
  • Salt and pepper: to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions and keep it warm.
  2. Marinate the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
