Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add beef and brown on all sides.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and soy sauce.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Combine noodles with beef mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.

- For added flavor, marinate beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
- Use fresh herbs for garnish.
- Adjust broth quantity for desired soupiness.
