- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the macaroni and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
