Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed beans, cooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper. Sauté until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in cooked beans and diced tomatoes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
