Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
- In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, avocado, cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
- Add the BBQ chicken on top of the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
