A refreshing and hearty BBQ chicken pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
- Add BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Add cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for flavor.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
