Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
  2. Add BBQ sauce and mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion, and bell pepper.
  4. Add cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
