- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and BBQ sauce.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of it with cheese.
- Add a portion of the chicken and bacon mixture on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle more cheese on top and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice and serve warm.
