Delicious bat-shaped quesadillas perfect for Halloween.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Layer cheese, chicken, beans, bell peppers, and salsa on top.
- Cover with another tortilla.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and let it cool slightly.
- Use a bat-shaped cookie cutter to cut out shapes.
Notes
- Serve with guacamole or sour cream.
- Use different fillings as desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
