Description
A delicious dessert made with bananas, cream, and toffee on a biscuit crust.
Ingredients
Scale
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 397g can of condensed milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 300ml double cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish.
- Boil the condensed milk in a can for 2 hours to make toffee.
- Spread the toffee over the biscuit base.
- Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the toffee.
- Whip the double cream and spread it over the bananas.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Chill the pie for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Use fresh bananas for the best flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
