Description

Ingredients

  • 397g can of condensed milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 300ml double cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the base of a pie dish.
  3. Boil the condensed milk in a can for 2 hours to make toffee.
  4. Spread the toffee over the biscuit base.
  5. Slice the bananas and layer them on top of the toffee.
  6. Whip the double cream and spread it over the bananas.
  7. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
