Description
A delicious bang bang shrimp recipe with a spicy and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

			- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - 1/2 cup cornstarch
 - 1/2 cup buttermilk
 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
 - 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
- Dip shrimp in buttermilk.
 - Coat shrimp with cornstarch.
 - Dip shrimp back in buttermilk.
 - Coat shrimp with panko breadcrumbs.
 - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
 - Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
 - Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
 - Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
 - Garnish with green onions before serving.
 
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
 - For a healthier option, bake the shrimp instead of frying.
 - Serve with rice or lettuce wraps.
