Instructions

  1. Dip shrimp in buttermilk.
  2. Coat shrimp with cornstarch.
  3. Dip shrimp back in buttermilk.
  4. Coat shrimp with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
  8. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with green onions before serving.
