Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce. Set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until shrimp are pink.
  5. Toss cooked shrimp with the sauce mixture until coated.
  6. Combine shrimp with linguine and toss to mix well.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
