Description
Delicious bang bang salmon bites with a spicy and creamy sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each piece in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Serve salmon bites with the sauce on the side.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
- Can substitute salmon with chicken or tofu.
