Description

Delicious bang bang salmon bites with a spicy and creamy sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  7. Serve salmon bites with the sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
  • Can substitute salmon with chicken or tofu.
