Delicious bang bang chicken sliders with a spicy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until well coated.
  3. Toast slider buns lightly.
  4. Spread some chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Add lettuce, cucumbers, and green onions on top.
  6. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

  • Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Use grilled chicken for a smokier flavor.
  • Can be served with additional sweet chili sauce on the side.
