Description
Delicious bang bang chicken sliders with a spicy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Add shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until well coated.
- Toast slider buns lightly.
- Spread some chicken mixture on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add lettuce, cucumbers, and green onions on top.
- Cover with the top half of the bun.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Use grilled chicken for a smokier flavor.
- Can be served with additional sweet chili sauce on the side.
