Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the mixture and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked.
- Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
