Ingredients
- Ripe Bananas: Four medium ripe bananas
- Vanilla Pudding Mix: One package (3.4 oz or 96 g)
- Milk: Two cups (480 ml)
- Whipped Cream: Two cups
- Chessman Cookies: One box (about 10 oz or 284 g)
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- Layer Chessman cookies at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the cookies.
- Pour a layer of the prepared pudding mixture over the bananas and spread it out gently.
- Repeat the layering process with more cookies, bananas, and pudding until all ingredients are used. Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
