A creamy and crunchy dessert combining banana pudding and cheesecake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Mix in heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the vanilla pudding with milk.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Add sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Pour the prepared pudding over the bananas.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
